Fabric Carolina does not accept returns on fabrics that are sold by the yard. We offer samples on all of our "sold by the yard" fabrics. We guarantee the quality of all of our fabrics to be free from defects. We are not responsible for pictures showing incorrectly on your monitor. Please be aware that fabric colors can vary from one computer to another. The color, brightness and contrast settings may vary. The fabrics photographed by Fabric Carolina, Inc. are as accurate as possible.
Fabric manufacturers produce many variations of the same fabrics. The size of the pattern, construction, and color lots may vary. If there are any questions, please ask before you place your purchase.
The refunds will only be made if the following return guidelines are followed:

• All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each package must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number.
• Please place the RA number given to you by Fabric Carolina, Inc. on two sides of the package being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted.
• Refunds are within 7 days from the day the customer received the original item.
• Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
• A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns unless we have misrepresented the item – this will be at our discrepancy.
• Fabric was not special ordered or cut from a bolt.
• Please e-mail for all exchanges and RA Numbers.
• Items that have been cleaned, used or laundered cannot be returned.
• All credits must be used within 30 days from the original purchase date.
