Fabric Carolina offers exchanges only if certain circumstances are met. We are not responsible for colors in pictures showing incorrectly on your monitor. Please be aware that fabric colors can vary from one computer to another. The color, brightness and contrast settings may vary. The fabrics photographed by Fabric Carolina, Inc. are as accurate as possible.
Fabric manufacturers produce many variations of the same fabrics. The size of the pattern, construction, and color lots may vary. If there are any questions, PLEASE buy a sample if it is available before you place your order.
Exchanges will only be made if the following guidelines are followed:

• Absolutely no exchanges if fabric was special ordered or cut from a bolt (Sold by the Yard). Samples are offered for a small cost and we highly recommend them.
• A 30% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges unless we have misrepresented the item – this will be at our discrepancy.
• All exchanges must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each package must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number.
• Please place the RA number given to you by Fabric Carolina, Inc. on two sides of the package being returned. All returns must be received by us within 10 days after RA number has been issued. Returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted.
• Upon receipt, we must be emailed within 48 hours of any issues.
• Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
• Please e-mail for all exchanges questions and RA Numbers.
• Items that have been cleaned, used or laundered cannot be returned.
• Once merchandise has been received, a credit will be issued and must be used within 30 days.
